Strength and Stretch Class:
An all-levels, accessible yoga class! A typical class includes:
Breathing, balance, and gentle full body exercises
Sun salutation-inspired sequence with a chair
Standing poses using a chair for balance
Strength exercises and stretching
Mondays, 10:00-11:00 a.m. and Thursdays, 10:00-11:00 a.m.
$20 for drop-in, $100 for six classes
