My path to Yoga
After a career as a laboratory scientist working in the field of biopharmaceutical research, a major life change prompted me to reconsider my work life as well. I decided to leave that field in order to pursue a career in yoga, movement, and mindfulness. A life-long athlete, I have always been drawn to movement and how important it is for well-being. I hope I can help you to spark and cultivate a love for mindful movement!
